Moore then proceeded to rob the trooper of his watch, cell phone, wallet, and ended up stealing his car altogether.
After Moore drove off with the trooper’s car. The female passenger of Moore’s car hopped in the driver’s side and followed him.
Fortunately, the trooper had Onstar in his vehicle and was able to have them disable the vehicle.
