This job requires the ability to develop new business, grow existing digital revenue while developing and retaining strong client relationships. BMG-SWFL’s solution-based approach and robust menu of best-in-class digital products require the Digital Sales Executive to possess a deep understanding of the marketing funnel, consumer journey and the impact of digital tactics on both. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Must be analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric.


  • Hunt: Develop new business
  • Perform probing CNAs to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives
  • Create custom programs in conjunction with our support team to achieve client’s objectives
  • Present, close and renew results oriented, long term solution.
  • Work with clients and our support teams to continually optimize campaigns to maximize client results.
  • Share post-campaign, performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell opportunities.

integrated (traditional and digital) advertising, and marketing campaigns to new and
existing local and regional clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business
through prospecting and smart cold calling, managing, and growing existing assigned
accounts and budgets. We are specifically looking for customer-focused sales
professionals who can identify client advertising needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Then the ideal candidate will initiate, develop, and present customized solutions to meet
the clients’ needs. cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by providing top
quality service.

• Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation

TITLE: Part-Time Promotions and Production Assistant
(Street Team/Board-Op)
Location: Fort Myers

Beasley Media Group Fort Myers (Cluster) is looking for energetic Promotions Team Member to execute and manage station appearances at sales and station remotes and events. This person should be someone who can engage with station listeners while promoting the station and client brands, executing contests on-site, managing/distributing station prizes, client product sampling, etc.

• Responsible for adhering to FCC Rules and Regulations as pertains to this position.
• Responsible for operating the broadcast board for live and recorded shows, inclusive of editing, recording and maintaining network feeds. This may include audio production
• Wide Orbit Automation System Experience preferred, Adobe Audition experience a plus
• Driving station promotional vehicles and transporting equipment – must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Florida Driver’s license
• Must be able to work up to 29 hours a week and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Setting up, running, breaking down sound systems, staging and audio/photography/video equipment
• Some heavy lifting could be involved (up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with administrative functions of radio station promotions, including but not limited to: returning listeners phone calls, mailing out prizes, organizing on air giveaways, writing copy for promotions, updating station websites, assisting with station vehicle maintenance, digital/social media platforms and assisting the Marketing Director, Promotions Manager and Coordinators
• Ability to assist station event planning and execution as directed from time to time which may include live remote breaks
• Must be reliable, punctual, detail oriented, highly organized, responsive, and excellent at time management
• This is a service-oriented position requiring excellent written and oral communication skills, personable, professional interaction with fellow employees, the general public and clients
• This position reports to the Promotions Director and works closely with the Operations Manager

Title: Program Director/ On Air

Beasley Media Group is looking for a WWCN-FM Bilingual On-Air/ Program Director with at least 3 years of experience in Tropical, Spanish Contemporary, or Spanish Adult Hits, formats. This position requires a strong focus on Ratings and Digital growth. You will be responsible for an On-Air shift as well. We are looking for a Motivated, Sales Friendly, Innovative, Tactical, Systematic, and Winning Programmer that knows what it takes to stand out from the competition On-Air, Digital, and all Social Media Platforms


Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of On-Air experience and proven success as an PD, APD, or MD. This candidate must be strategic and analytical but also must possess creativity and the instinct to win. Our new PD should be proficient with RCS GSelector, Adobe Audition, Nielsen software, Word Press, and all Social Media platforms. Must be willing to go out and embrace the community. This person will know how to be a part of a team, working closely with the General Manager, Director of Latin Formats, Operations Manager, the other Programming Teams in the cluster, Sales Managers, Account Executives, Promotions, Engineering, Consultants, the Corporate Management team, etc. Plus, our new Program Director should be able to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish.

Title: Digital Client Services Manager  

Location: Fort Myers  

Overview of role: The Digital Client Services Manager is responsible for supporting both pre and post-sale efforts in the digital advertising sales cycle. This role includes supporting designated Account Executives with internal requests, facilitating client communications once a deal has closed, and transitioning closed deals through the post-sale process internally.  


  • Work closely with assigned Account Executives to facilitate both pre and post-sale needs for digital opportunities  
  • Assist with lead gen and market research efforts, as well as the facilitation of case studies and success stories for pre-sale needs 
  • Facilitate proposal requests and pre-sale questions with internal teams 
  • Handle Marketron order entry and client payment collection needs 
  • Attend client kickoff calls and become the lead point of contact with the client post-sale 
  • Work with clients on asset collection, creative direction, and gathering all necessary details in order to launch campaign 
  • Submit fulfillment tickets with all required information to Digital Client Success Coordinator, and work together to seamlessly transition to Creative & Ad Ops teams 
  • Demonstrate strong client management and project management skills, managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously 
  • Uploading account various documents within Salesforce 
  • Salesforce management and reporting


  • 2+ years of work experience in account management/sales support 
  • Sales-focused and must have direct involvement in the digital media space, including programmatic display, email marketing, & social media 
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable serving as the primary point of contact with clients in a post-sale function 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
