Immokalee High School Alum Gets His Big Break In The NFL
Immokalee High School alum, D’Ernest Johnson, will be playing his first game in the NFL game.
He will be playing his first game as a running back for the Cleveland Browns.
His head coach at Immokalee, Rich Dombroski, said “You know he was a grinder in my book. He had good speed, not great speed, but he had phenomenal vision.”
His coach also commented on how great of a work ethic he had, often practicing when the lights on the field had turned off.
Johnson said, “I am very excited. You know first time getting a chance to start you know always a dream come true.”
Junior is the producer of the Stan and Haney show. He is also a music producer and audio engineer. He was born in Sioux City, Ia, but has lived down in Southwest Florida since a young age.
