Father Shot His Son That Used To Be A UCF Football Player
A former football player at the University of Central Florida was recently shot and killed by his father during an altercation in Jacksonville, Fl last Monday night.
Otis Anderson Jr. was arguing with his father Otis Anderson Sr. when he was killed. The mother was also hurt during this argument.
The argument supposedly happened after Anderson Sr. was bit by Anderson Jr.’s girlfriend’s dog. After a verbal argument ensued, Anderson Sr. flipped over a recliner. Concerned for his mother’s safety, Anderson Jr. went downstairs to see what was going on.
The part of the police report that described the shooting was redacted but the report did say that he had a gunshot wound to his chest and back.
Anderson Sr. is now facing charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
We have now confirmed and are devastated to hear of the passing of Otis Anderson Jr. He was revered by his teammates, our fans, and everyone within Knight Nation.
