Attempted Kidnapping In San Carlos Caught On Camera

A 12-year-old and a 2-year-old were playing outside in San Carlos Park, when an SUV pulled up to them.
The older sister ran inside to get her mother. The mother went inside to use the bathroom just moments before this happened.
After reviewing the footage from her security camera and listening to her daughter describe the situation, the mother called 911.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating whether this was an attempted kidnapping or not.
