Rafael Del Valle Jomarron of Golden Gate, Fl, is facing numerous charges for holding dog and rooster fights out of his home.
He converted his empty pool into a fighting ring.
Around nine dogs and a rooster were recovered and they were suffering from injuries.
Jomarron denied ever involving them in any fights. He instead said that they were injured during breeding.
