Counterfeit Money Is Floating Around Downtown Fort Myers

Bahia Bills and Scoops on First were recently victims of counterfeit bills.
A man and a woman were caught on surveillance camera using a $100 bill to pay for food at both places.
Scammers often go from store to store with these counterfeits buying one or two items in an attempt for the cashier to obliviously accept the bill and receive real currency as their change.
