Florida Man Shoots Airsoft Gun At Couple Leaving Restaurant
A Naples man is in hot water after shooting an airsoft gun at a couple leaving a restaurant on 5th avenue.
20-year-old, Joseph Noel, was a passenger in an Orange Dodge Charger driving by the restaurant.
There were five people in the car in total. According to the report that was filed, they thought it would be funny if Noel shot the couple leaving the restaurant.
The gun was a Splat-R-Ball Water Bead Blaster, which can shoot up to 8 rounds per blast.
Joseph Noel is facing charges of two counts of battery.
