Charlotte County Man Charged With Battery After Woman Pours Out His Beer
John Kuper, 59, was arrested for battery on Monday around 8 A.M. after an unnamed woman poured his beer down the drain.
He woke her up drunk on Monday and wrote the woman a note calling her a stalker.
He cracked open a cold one and tried to watch a little bit of television, but the woman grabbed the beer and tried to pour the beer down the sink.
He grabbed her by the back of the head and ripped out a chunk of her hair and also knocked over the refrigerator.
Kuper’s son attempted to stop the scuffle.
She scratched at him defending herself causing a cut under his eye.
He is currently in the custody of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.
