Florida Man Caught With 80 Bags Of Heroin In His Car
James John Donnelly, 49, was pulled over by the Monroe County Sheriff’s office for an obscured license plate.
It turns out that the car wasn’t even registered in his name.
A K9 unit was dispatched to the scene to search the car for drugs.
It turns out that he had 80 bags of heroin totaling up to 10.8 grams.
