Bar operations must comply with the parameters of Phase 2 of the Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step Plan for Florida’s Recovery as established in Executive Order 20-139.
The parameters of the new order means no dancing or getting up to socialize with people at other tables at a bar. Bar owners were hoping that this would be part of the new order.
Govenor Ron Desantis is looking into increasing the capacity sooner than later.
Desantis is also looking into making Alcohol to-go a permanent thing.
