Arcadia Man Busted With Backpack Full Of Drugs
A man from Arcadia was arrested for having a backpack full of drugs on the morning of August 27th.
Justin M. O’Neil was pulled over for speeding near a known drug hot spot in Port Charlotte. He refused to give officers his ID.
A K-9 was on scene and smelled drugs in the car.
Inside the car he had a backpack that held close to 400 grams of methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, and fentanyl.
Justin is facing multiple drug charges and was surprisingly given a warning for his speeding.
