Two Mischievous Alligators In Places They Shouldn’t Be
Two separate instances in Southwest Florida called for the removal of some alligators in places that they should not be.
One of these gators was caught trying to climb the fence into Lely High School in Naples.
Alligators have been known to climb fences. That is why sometimes people will find them in very unexpected places.
That wasn’t the only gator causing trouble that day.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a call about an alligator that had made it’s way into the Estero Parc Apartments. The small gator was waiting outside the elevator and was discovered as people tried to exit the elevator.
This is a common occurrence this time of year considering it is mating season.
If you see an alligator in a place it shouldn’t be, please report it to the proper authorities and stay clear of it.
