Space Force Flag Will Be Added To Veterans Park In Punta Gorda

As part of the refurbished Honor Walk in Veterans Park, a Space Force flag will be added.
Retired U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Dick Carr, of the Vietnam Wall of Southwest Florida organization said, “We are working right now on engineering designs to put up the sixth flag pole over there with the Space Force flag on it.”
Part of the Honor Walk includes bronze plaques that honor Veterans Of Foreign Wars, local American Legion posts, Vietnam Veterans of America, and more. The plaques were sent away to a foundry last year to refurbished.
The Honor Walk will accompany the Vietnam Memorial Wall of Southwest Florida, which is a scaled down version of the one in Washington D.C.
The park is located at 120 Laishley Court.
Junior is the producer of the Stan and Haney show. He is also a music producer and audio engineer. He was born in Sioux City, Ia, but has lived down in Southwest Florida since a young age.
