#FloridaWoman pulls out BB gun, threatens customer in McDonald’s drive thru line
Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the Port Charlotte McDonald’s on Sunday, after Jessica Hernandez got into a verbal argument with another customer in the drive thru line, and proceeded to threaten that customer with a BB gun.
Jessica Hernandez was in the drive thru line at McDonald’s on Sunday, but refused to move her car after receiving her order.
The car behind Jessica honked. When Jessica didn’t move, the person behind her yelled “why didn’t you f***ing move?”
Jessica didn’t like that.
According to NBC 2 News, “the victim accused Hernandez of following her and waving a black and gray semi- automatic gun at her in a threatening manner.
The woman was forced to drive to a nearby 7/11 convenience store, to call deputies and for her safety. Hernandez was also not far away.
Deputies questioned her about the gun on her, and at first, she said there was no gun.
Later Hernandez did admit she had her nephew’s BB gun in the car. The gun matched the description given to deputies by the victim and Hernandez was arrested.
Hernandez did bond out of jail. Even though the gun turned out to be a fake, Hernandez is facing a charge for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.”
