Broseph lights up joint in courtroom, is promptly arrested
Spencer Alan Boston, a 20-year-old from Tennessee, decided to light up a joint while in front of a judge for a possession of marijuana charge.
Spencer was arrested after he approached the bench to discuss his case and pulled out a joint from his pocket in front of the presiding judge.
He then placed the joint in his mouth, pulled out a book of matches, lit it and began smoking.
As officers approached him, Spencer reportedly began ranting about legalizing weed.
He received 10 days for contempt of court for the incident, and also faces charges of disorderly conduct and simple possession of a schedule VI drug.
