Jeffrey Leibman decided to some “remodeling” to his home in Naples.

Over the course of a week, Leibamn spray painted his home, trees, lawn and even his mailbox, with multiple bright colors.

Jeffrey even spray painted the van parked in his driveway, writing “Who Is Omar?” on the side of the vehicle.

Jeffrey is due in court in February on unrelated charges. No one has been able to contact him in the interim.
