According to The Smoking Gun, Heard forced her way into a male neighbor's home and was seeking to initiate a threesome with the victim and his girlfriend. The neighbors called the police and told them that upon answering a knock at the door, an unknown neighbor forced her way into the residence.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the woman then tried to engage in sexual activities with the pair. Well, that threesome didn't end up happening. However, she did end up in handcuffs. Only the handcuffs weren't part of any bedroom play, it was because she was arrested.
She was charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling (a felony). Additionally, she was charged with several misdemeanor crimes including disturbing the peace, criminal damage, and resisting an officer.
