A Woman Threw a Kid in the Ohio River, and Claimed Immunity Because It Was in “International Waters”
A Kentucky woman walked up to a random family on Friday and threw their five-year-old boy in the Ohio River.
She also jumped in . . . and told the cops that they couldn’t do anything because it was “international waters.” They charged her with kidnapping and assault.
The boy wasn’t hurt.
