We are sure when you read the title, you expected something with sex. Maybe a crazy sex dungeon in the basement. Possibly, you expected a swinger’s home. Well, when we said rocking, we meant rocking. Check out what this house has in it’s kitchen/living room. Would you be interested
Now, I can’t guarantee this isn’t the home of a swinger. But, we don’t mean rocking in terms of sex. This listing on Zillow was found by a listener who was surfing Zillow when he came across this gem of a trailer. Very modest outside. Surprisingly nice and updated kitchen… but then you see the living room entertainment area! It has a gigantic speaker/sound system. It’s something you’d expect to see in a stadium.
If you keep looking through the photos, you’ll see a room full of guitars. So, this person most likely performed their own concerts in that entertainment space. Talk about a noisy neighbor.
This home is in a little community so we wonder what the noise pollution expectations are. With the sound system depicted in this listing, we can’t even begin to imagine what it sound like some nights.
Would you be interested? The house is reasonably priced and has an updated kitchen as well! You get to benefit from the amenities of the community with basketball, a pool, and a clubhouse.
Notice that the insane, speaker set-up isn’t mentioned in the listing at all. It’s impossible to miss when you start looking through photos, but maybe the seller isn’t using it as a focal point.
If you are a speaker junkie, let us know what this set-up is. I have no idea what type of speakers, or amp/wattage, etc. I feel like that matters because if this set-up was turned to full blast, it looks like it would take the side of the house off!
