Heavy Metal Drummer Stet Howland Buys Fort Myers Bar for $50,000
Heavy metal drummer Stet Howland bought the Winkler House bar in Fort Myers. He closed a $50,000 deal with REIKO Inc. for the place at 1926 Winkler Ave.
Originally built as a house in 1947, this neighborhood bar started serving drinks in 1987. It’s located right across from Floor & Decor on U.S. 41, in the heart of town.
The former Winkler House is now known as Stet’s Bar. Since early 2024, the venue has been rocking with live bands, quite different from its quieter days.
Howland plans to turn Stet’s Bar into a dedicated music venue, with a concentration on booking rock bands.
Stet Howland is the former drummer of W.A.S.P. and the current drummer of Metal Church.
