Ghost in a Well?
A Guy Trapped in a Well Was Mistaken For a Ghost
You probably won’t find us in a remote forest of Thailand anytime soon. But, if we did go, and fell into a well there, it would really suck for your screams to be ignored. Even worse, for your screams to be ignored because people thought they were the howls of a ghost. Yes, this really just happened.
According to reports from MalayMail, “A Chinese man spent three days trapped in a 12-metre-deep abandoned well in a remote forest in Thailand, with his calls for help mistaken by villagers for ghostly noises.” What a horrible thing to go through. MalayMail reports, the man screamed once an hour, in order to conserve energy. He was finally found when a patrol unit heard the screams from the well and checked.
It’s hard to believe this is true. What a terrifying ordeal for the man who was stuck in a well, in a remote forest of Thailand. He suffered major injuries, and somehow was able to survive. People believe in ghosts that much, huh? To ignore the screams and shouts coming from a well? That’s nuts!
As we do, we find some funny out of the tragedy. Chuck pretends to be the man stuck in the well, while Andy takes on the role of a person who thinks he’s a ghost. They go back and forth for a while with some hilarious improv. No matter how many times Chuck tells Andy that he’s a person, Andy just keeps believing he’s a ghost.
It finally took someone like Lisa Way to step in and save the day. Lisa would have shot down the ghost theory immediately. As she says in the video, there has to be a logical explanation for the shouts coming from the well. And wouldn’t you know, there was!
