Red Snapper Fishing Bait
If you’re an experienced angler, you already know what you’ll need for a successful day out on the water. But, for those of you like me who might not know, the best bait for catching red snapper is the cigar minnow. FishingBooker says you can catch your own using a casting net within 10 miles of shore. You may also be able to find some cigar minnow bait at a local bait shop.
There are a couple of bait shops near Fort Myers Beach you might try, Anderson’s Bait & Tackle and Bait N Wait.
Red Snapper Fishing Charters
