According to Marietta Daily Journal, the incident happened in and around J & R Cycle Shop near the intersection of Dickerson Road and Canton Road NE in Marietta. It was reported that he destroyed a mini fridge, a microwave, a desk, a TV, space heater, and two computer towers belonging to Robert Scavone, the owner of J & R Cycle Shop.
Marietta Daily Journal reports that West shot through the glass front door and store front, tore down a portion of ceiling panel and insulation, and shot through multiple spots on the walls and garage door, and even broke a wooden bathroom door off its hinges. After, Marietta Daily Journal reports he stole a motorcycle from the shop.
West is being charged with two counts of criminal damage in the second degree, theft by taking (greater than $1,500), possession of a firearm during the commission of a theft from a building or of a vehicle, and reckless conduct, per Marietta Daily Journal. Jail records show he was arrested on January 18th, and remains in custody without bond.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
