Does Disney Have A Big Problem With Guests Pooping In Lines?
Ahhh the most magical place on earth. You got everything a kid could ever want or see. Mickey Mouse, amusement park rides, fair foods… and POOP!?! It looks like our favorite Disney Parks may have a bit of a poop problem.
Apparently, there is an issue with guests at Disney parks who are so worried about getting out of line to use the restroom that they are dropping deuces right there.
According to the news site, SFGate just did a big write-up on a longstanding rumor at Disney parks: They found that people are so desperate to keep their spot in line at certain rides, that they sometimes DEFECATE right there on the ground.
People have taken to Reddit to post about some of their close encounters with turds while at the Magic Kingdom and beyond.
Disney Parks Poop Problem
The issue is so rampant that one of the rides has an area that employees call the “Poop Tunnel” and former custodians from the Disney parks have actually written a chapter in their book that describes some of the heinous scenes they had to clean up and the code word they used when a poo poo would occur. It’s “Code H” in case you wondering.
So according to the article, yes it’s true and happens at the park more than you’d think. It sounds disgusting but if you’ve ever waited in any of those lines, it’s kind of understandable. I mean, I’m not saying I would do it…but I get how it happens. You can wait hours in those lines! It’s not like there are port-a-potties along the way throughout the line. That wouldn’t be a bad idea. I think I’m onto something there. So, what are these people in line supposed to do? Leave? Highly doubt they’d get their spot back in line. People don’t seem to be too fond of line cutters.
Another solution: wear diapers to the amusement park. Ugh. Please don’t do that. Riding around all the rides while sitting on all of that can’t be good for you. Let alone the other patrons at the park. Until we find a better solution, it’s best to just hold it…like Hodor.
