Florida Man Was Found Living With A Dead Body In Charlotte County
No, it’s not the plot of a creepy movie. A real life Florida man in Charlotte County was found by deputies living with a dead body that had apparently been dead for days. According to NBC-2, the body of a woman was found in a house on Turbak Drive.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is (perhaps not surprisingly) calling this woman’s death “suspicious.” Investigators were called to the home for a wellness check on Friday afternoon. When they got to the house, they said Justin Carver went outside to talk to them and locked the door behind him. The deputies noticed a foul odor coming from the home. They entered the home and discovered a body of a woman in her 50s decomposing on the floor of a bedroom.
Carver was immediately arrested for failing to report a death to a Medical Examiner and resisting an officer without violence. He is currently in the Charlotte County Jail with no bond. Justin has been arrested at least six times in Charlotte County, one time for willfully abusing a child without causing great bodily harm. Deputies said an autopsy is being conducted in this active investigation.

There's An Orlando Theme Park Where You Drive A Tank And Smash Cars
It’s just over a 3 hour drive from Fort Myers, Florida to Orlando to hit up the theme parks. I’ve been to Disney, Universal, and Sea World many times. But there’s another theme park in Orlando that’s a bit different from the others. It’s Tank America. And yes, you can drive an actual tank and run stuff over. Florida Man is gonna love this one.
Tank America is actually close to the other theme parks like Disney and Universal. It’s about 20 minutes from Universal. And yes, those are real tanks. “Tank America is one of the only places in the country you can get behind the wheel of a real tank outside of the Army or Marine Corps,” said Tank America partner John Kinney. “If you’re looking for a thrilling experience outside of the theme parks, it doesn’t get more thrilling than Tank America.”
“Tank America is the only amusement park in Florida offering the once in a lifetime opportunity to drive a REAL MILITARY TANK. Come feel 17 tons of awesome power as you navigate through our ½ mile tank course from the driver’s seat of our FV 433 tanks. You will experience pure excitement as you drive the tank over obstacles, barrel through a four-foot-deep mud hole, and even drive over and CRUSH A CAR.”
I’ve seen the pictures and I’m wondering how people can drive a tank and keep a straight face.
You put me in a tank and tell me to start running stuff over and you couldn’t stop me from giggling. So how much? Looks like the packages start at about $300. They go up over a grand based on how much you want to do. Smashing more cars and firing machine guns are some of the extras. Yeah, they got machine guns, too. The website breaks it all down so there’s no surprises.
This Florida Man approves.
