A Live-Fire Culinary Festival Is Coming To Tampa April 30th
Heritage Fire, a live-fire culinary festival is coming to Tampa on April 30th.
Living right between Miami and Tampa, when it comes to food festivals we’re lucky to have access to so many. And one I’m really looking forward to later this month is Heritage Fire. It’s taking place on Sunday, April 30th at Tabellas at Delaney Creek in Tampa.
What is a live-fire culinary festival?
At this event, there will be an array of local chefs cooking over an open flame dishes with beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, duck, fish, chicken, and heirloom vegetables. Not only will you get your fill of delicious dishes, but you can feel good about what you eat too, as the spotlight will shine on farmers raising heritage-breed animals and sustainable produce.
Heritage Fire is happening in 14 cities across the country. I’ve been following the tour stops and my mouth waters looking at all the dishes these chefs are cooking up. And to be outside in a gorgeous venue with the smell and sounds of live fire can’t be beat. I’m so excited for this event.
Tickets are available now, and they’re all-inclusive. So that means, you pay one price for your ticket, and not only can you eat as much as you’d like, but also enjoy free-flowing wine, brews and craft cocktails.
Tickets start at $125 and there’s both General Admission and VIP options available. You can find all the info here
