Pivot Failure Leaves Mom Trapped under Sofa in Basement Stairway

An Ohio couple tried to move their couch into the basement, but it got wedged in the stairway, and BLOCKED the woman on the bottom from getting out. She was stuck for three hours until the fire department rescued her.
Her daughter showed up during the chaos, and couldn’t resist posting video of the “stuck couch” with mom’s hand waving helplessly underneath. The Internet is comparing it to the famous pivot scene from “Friends”.
