Florida Woman Accused Of Flicking Her Bean In Park
There’s nothng like a city park to help you relax and unwind. You can picnic, fish, even go canoeing. As a rule, you’re forbidden to pleasure yourself in your car though. That’s why police arrested a woman in a Wildwood city park recently.
An officer said he observed a woman attempting to drown the man in her canoe while sitting in her car back in late July. Invesigators in Wildwood say they arrested a woman for possession of cocaine and masturbating in public after the incident. A Wildwood Police spokesperson said an officer came across 39-year-old Jessica Devon Seward sitting in a silver Nissan Altime in a city park and observed her masturbating as she sat quietly.
While a car full of teenagers was close to the woman, the officer said the occupants did not appear to notice the suspect’s activities. The officer approached the woman and questioned her. During a search of the car, a plastic bag with cocine residue in it was discovered and confiscated. Seward was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and masturbating in public. During her interrogation, the woman reportedly told the cop that she was “just touching herself, minding her own business”.
