Ezra Miller returned to the continental U.S., after getting into some legal trouble in Hawaii. And he’s now been accused of yet another crime. The Flash actor stands accused of burglarizing a home in Vermont, and stealing alcohol, according to gossip website TMZ.
According to a burglary complaint made to the Vermont State Police at the beginning of May, several bottles of alcohol were reported missing from a home in Stamford, while the homeowners were out. After reviewing surveillance videos and statements, Miller, 29, was charged with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
Ezra was finally found on Sunday night (August 7) and ordered to appear at Vermont Superior Court Bennington’s Criminal Division for their arraignment towards the end of September.
