10 Can’t-Miss Halloween Events In Southwest Florida
Fall is finally here and current events can’t change the fact that it’s still the season of slightly cooler temperatures (very slightly because c’mon it’s still Florida), all things pumpkin spice and trick or treating.
We’ve put together a list of 10 can’t-miss events that are affordable, family-friendly, and are taking proper safety precautions right here in Southwest Florida.

Spooktacular Pumpkin Carving Contest
Saturday, Oct. 24 from 1-4 p.m.
Miromar Outlets, 10801 Corkscrew Rd. Suite 82 in Estero
Pre-registration is required. There will be prizes and some carving tools will be provided. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate. $15

Fleamasters Flea Market

Halloween Spooktacular Marco Island
Saturday, Oct. 31 from 3-5 p.m.
Mackle Park
1361 Andalusia Terrace in Marco Island
There will be games, halloween music, arts and crafts, food for purchase, a haunted house for ages 10+ and more.

Halloween Howl Pre-K through 5th Grade
Friday, Oct. 16 from 6-8 p.m.
East Naples Community Park, 3500 Thomasson Drive in Naples
There will be a costume contest for all ages, games, bounce houses and prizes. $10 per child.

Candy Haunted House Creations
Friday, Oct. 23 from 5- 6:30 p.m.
Vineyards Community Park, 6231 Arbor Road in Naples
Children ages 4-12 will be able to use an assortment of candy, frosting, and cookies to design a haunted candy house. Must pre-register by Oct. 18. $10

Friday, Oct. 23 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m.
Mas Hasse Community Park, 3390 Golden Gate Blvd. West in Naples
There will be music, cookie decorating and a costume contest. Food and drink will be provided to registrants.

Boo-tacular Drive
Friday, Oct. 30 from 6:30- 9 p.m.
North Collier Regional Park, 15000 Livingston Road in Naples
This will be a drive-thru trick or treat experience where you’ll embark in your vehicle along a slow moving road and enjoy themed scenes of Halloween, lots of candy and vendor provided goodies.

Trunk or Treat Drive-Thru
Friday, October 30 from 6:00pm-8:00pm
Immokalee Community Park, 321 N. 1st St. Immokalee, FL
This will be a trunk or treat drive-thru celebration where guests will see some super cool decorated trunksm while kids enjoy candy and treats. Free event.

Calusa Haunted Walk 2020
Friday, Oct. 9 from 7:30-11 p.m.
Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium, 3450 Ortiz Avenue in Fort Myers
Take a haunted walk through the pitch black trails of the 1/3 mile Pine Loop Trail. It’s sure to make even the bravest scream! $15 tickets must be purchased in advance.
