Cape Coral To Consider Waterfront Food Truck Park
Food Truck Parks are popping up all over the country. Locally, officials say a food truck park in the Bayshore section of Naples has helped to revitalize that neighborhood somewhat. Now comes word that a developer is going to propose a waterfront food truck park for Cape Coral at the South entrance to the city.
Developer Jeff Darragh’s plan is to have eight to 10 food trucks, a centralized bar, landscaping, a fire pit, fountain, shaded structures, games, and 30 boat slips.
If approved, and it looks like the city is in favor of the plan, that area would have to be rezoned.
