Osman Gutierrez of Immokalee has been arrested, and is facing several charges after attempting to steal Habanero Peppers from property owned by Oakes Farms. Gutierrez and an accomplice were observed by a deputy on horseback appropriating the peppers…His accomplice got away. Gutierrez has been charged with theft and trespassing.
