May 28 was National Burger Day and personally, I don’t think burger consumption should be limited to just one day. Whether it’s a enjoying a burger at a restaurant or on the grill in my backyard in Fort Myers, burgers are one of my favorite foods.

The bun should provide the perfect balance between flavor and texture, complementing the ingredients rather than overpowering them. Then we have the patty, the star of the show.
