The Charlotte Harbor Sunseeker Resort Unveils Guest Rooms And Is Taking Bookings
The Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor, Florida is nearing completion. So much so, that reservations are now being accepted.
We are looking at two massive properties opening up in Southwest Florida this season. The Margaritaville Hotel on Fort Myers Beach just recently announced that they are accepting reservations for February. Margaritaville rates for a standard room start at $584 a night.
The Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor is also taking reservations. The first available dates for Sunseeker is the week of Thanksgiving. November 20th, with rates starting at $300 a night. Sunseeker also supplied us with this look of one of their Sunsuites.

Pretty amazing view of the harbor. And I love the vacation choices that are opening up here in Southwest Florida. Margaritaville and Sunseeker Resort will be two completely different resorts. But one thing they both have in common is the tremendous economic boost they’ll both be bringing to their areas.
Sunseeker Resort added this in a release.

In addition to that beautiful view, Sunseeker Resort includes seven signature restaurants, 11 bars and lounges and the Harbor Yard’s Food Hall spanning 25,000 square feet, two pools and seven unique retail outlets. A state-of-the-art fitness center and spa will be located in the main tower. In addition to its prime waterfront location, Sunseeker Resort will feature the guest exclusive Aileron Golf Club, with lush greens, year-round sun and distinctive course design.
Sounds amazing, and we can’t wait to get a chance to have a look for ourselves.
