Christopher was stopped Thursday around 1:30AM by the Palm Bay Police Department.

When police stopped him, they found a white garbage bag full of deflated pool floats.

Monnin admitted to police that he has burglarized several homes in the Palm Bay area to steal the floats, then led police to a vacant house that he was staying, where he had a stash of 75 pool floats.

Monnin told authorities that he “sexually gratifies himself” with the pool floats instead of raping women.

He was arrested and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, criminal mischief, and petty theft.
