What Are The Worst Rated Foods In The World?
Have you ever wondered what the worst rated foods in the world are? Well, wonder no more! The list has been created!
When you think of the worst rated foods in the world what comes to mind? Personally, I hate cottage cheese. I think it’s disgusting, it smells, and that texture is horrible. I want nothing to do with it. So, cottage cheese would top my list of the worst rated foods. However, I know and recognize that I’m in the minority here. People seem to love their cottage cheese, so I don’t think it will end up making the list. There are other foods I can see making the list. When it covers the whole world, you have to get creative. I’ve seen some gross food at some international markets I know I wouldn’t want to try. TasteAtlas put together a list of the 100 worst rated foods in the world, what do you expect to see on the list?

Before we get to the list, take a second and think about what foods you expect to see on this list. What are the grossest foods you have tried? What are some of the worst foods you’ve seen on TV or in-person that you didn’t try? Are they going to make the list?
According to TasteAtlas, Blood Pancakes are number one on the list. They’re known as Blodplattar and it’s commonly enjoyed in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. The batter uses animal blood and end up with a dark-brown hue. They’re commonly enriched with spices and come with a fruit jam. I have no interest in trying this.
Blodplat is second on the list by TasteAtlas. It’s another treat that uses animal blood. I can see where this list is going and I want nothing to do with it. This one is typically a side dish so maybe it will go well with your Blodplattar?
Calskrove comes in 3rd on TasteAtlas‘ list. It’s like a calzone pizza that’s stuffed with hamburgers and fries. That is something I would try! It’s like all your late-night food offerings wrapped up in some bread. Yes, I would be interested in trying that. Seems like it’s popular in Sweden.
Also featured on the list from TasteAtlas is a sheep head’s dish from Iceland, deep-fried silk worms from Thailand, chapalele from Chile, jellied eels from England, a ramen burger from New York City, a fish curry from Thailand, and more! While I can understand why most of these made the list, some of them actually seem like they might be worth trying! That ramen burger can’t be bad! You can see the full list from TasteAtlas here.
