You might be asking yourself like we did, what in the world is Fridgescaping. It appears this is a new trend on TikTok that people are obsessed with.
According to NYPOST, Fridgescaping involves people decorating the inside of their fridge to be more aesthetically pleasing. They are using things like picture frames, flowers and even fancy jars to give their refrigerators a little boost.
This isn’t a new trend shockingly. According to reports from NYPOST, the fridgescaping term predates Instagram. Back in 2011, a woman named Kathy Perdue made a blog post using the phrase. She is quoted as saying “Why not put your everyday food items in pretty containers and have something pretty to look at when you open the door?! You know something to make you smile.” And, it seems that people agree.
Fridgescaping For Us?
I don’t see anyone on this show starting to decorate the inside of their refrigerators. Chuck would never. Andy would also never do something like that. Jason, Al or Cort could have their partners partake in these trend but not on their own. Lisa and Dave probably have the closest chance. Lisa is organized and she does host, so maybe she’d want a very presentable fridge. Dave is organized as well, and has mentioned their hosting as well, so maybe his wife Amber would do this.
