Florida Sheriff Sells ‘Scumbag Eradication’ Shirts
The Sheriff of Volusia County says they’re actively eradicating an infestation in their otherwise beautiful county. The Sheriff has gone as far as designing some t-shirts that proudly tout the accomplishments of his crew. Here’s how it all happened.
Sheriff Mike Chitwood said his county had a problem with white supremacists, but he and his deputies are actively handling it. Now, as a way to celebrate their victories, the sheriff is selling t-shirts to commemorate the battle. The anti-Nazi t-shirts have a huge graphic on the front that proudly declares “Scumbag Eradication Team”. The shirts are available to the public and cost $25. All proceeds go to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Youth Foundation Fund, which will allow kids to visit the Holocaust Museum and help them learn about history the “Nazis want to deny”. Sheriff Chitwood went on to say that his goal through the program is to teach kids to “reject hate, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or anything else”.
The sheriff’s department has routinely attacked white supremacists in the area, which has prompted retaliatory threats and accusations about the sheriff’s characater on numerous occasions. At one point a man who threatened Chitwood’s life was arrested. If you’d like your very own Scumbag Eradication t-shirt, you can order them at info@vsyf.org. Check them out here. Source: WFLA.com
