Wednesday February 15th is National Side Chicks Day
National Side Chicks Day, sometimes known as Side Piece Day is traditionally celebrated on the day after Valentine’s Day. According to Urban Dictionary, “February 15th The day men take there side piece(the other girl he is dating on the side) out as if it were Valentines day.” The same can hold true with either sex, really. You may be the side dude. So what really makes this day special?
If the excuse is “I don’t wanna fight the crowds on Valentine’s Day, let’s go out on the 15th”, then you the side chick.
Or “I’m really busy at work on Tuesday, how about we make Wednesday our special day”. You the side chick.
“We just did the Super Bowl party, instead of Tuesday, let’s meet up on Wednesday”. Yes, you the side chick.
So if you get flowers on the 15th, National Side Chicks Day, be proud.
