Fort Myers Beach Margaritaville Construction Progress – September Update
I’m quite fascinated by the construction progress being made on the new Margaritaville on Fort Myers Beach. As we’re all aware, this resort is going to drastically alter everything you see as you cross the bridge onto the beach from the North end. Is it going to be a good or a bad change, that’s yet to be determined.
Whenever I see these videos, I remember back to playing the ring game at Dusseldorf’s in the plaza that once occupied that same spot. Forever ago. Reminiscing aside, Brian Kennedy was out with his drone yesterday to check on the progress of Margaritaville. Not a huge noticeable change on the main part of the resort from the last video from August. It really looks like they’ve been focusing on the area near the beach. The waterpark stuff. The buildings look like they’re heading a lot more towards completion and I’m seeing footers where I’m guessing the waterpark attractions are going to be. I think I remember some sort of water slides. The walkway bridge looks like it turned out perfectly.
The Fort Myers Beach Margaritaville isn’t completed, so here’s a list of other places to grab a cheeseburger this weekend:
