Former Florida Prosecutor Arrested On Charges of using Bribery To Get Sex
29 year old Juan Mercado, a former State prosecutor has been arrested on bribery charges for having a sexual relationship with a woman to make pending criminal charges against her go away.
The 20th Judicial Court covers, Lee, Charlotte, Glades and Hendry counties. Mercado is currently in the Miami-Dade jail.
