Say It Isn’t So…A local Florida realtor is being investigated by Florida Fish and Wildlife, after being caught on camera attempting to allegedly poison a nest of borrowing owls. Luckily, no birds were harmed. The owl burrow was located on Wayne Avenue on Marco Island. Witnesses say Premiere Plus realtor Roger Fleming is the owner of the property and confessed to the crime. Premiere Plua has issued an apology.
