Florida Swingers Club Ordered to Pay Models Nearly $892G for Swiping Photos
Photos Model Joanna Krupa will receive an $892 million settlement after the pictures were used as a way to “class up” Miami swingers club, “Miami Velvet.” Krupa along with “Deal or no Deal” model Cora Skinner and former Boca Raton police officer Jaume Longoria claim the sex club used their pictures without their permission on social media, fliers and on the club’s website. The women originally were seeking $5.3 million, however lawyer Naim Surgeon, who represented the women, told the Herald on Monday, “I think the jury’s decision was fair and I think they took into account that these women were entitled to say yes or no to the job, and ultimately, they wouldn’t have said yes.” Have you found that your pictures were used without your permission? What action did you take when you realized they were being used?
