Priyanka Chopra Lands Netflix Superhero Movie

Priyanka Chopra just signed on to do a new project, We Can Be Heroes, with Netflix. The film with be directed by Robert Rodriguez, who previously did Spy Kids and Alita: Battle Angel.
As Comic Book explains, “We Can Be Heroes revolves around an alien invasion, where the aliens are able to kidnap all of Earth’s superheroes. That puts a group of children in the unfortunate role of rescuers, and they’ll need to save both their parents and the world.”
For Chopra – now Chopra-Jones – this is one of many projects she is currently working on. She recently starred in Isn’t It Romantic, she is appearing and producing The Sky is Pink, and she is in development with a Bollywood movie titledĀ Gangubai.
