Foo Fighters Super Saturday Night Recap: Special Guests, Set List
The Foo Fighters more than delivered during DIRECTV’s Super Saturday Night, their special pre-Super Bowl concert.
The band played a two-hour set, well over their allotted 90 minutes, and delivered some of their biggest hits and some even bigger surprises.
A number of special guests joined the Foos on stage during the show. Tom Morello and Zac Brown came out to perform a cover of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs.” They were then joined by Perry Farrell for a performance of Jane’s Addiction’s “Mountain Song.”
Queen’s Roger Taylor also came out to fill in for Taylor Hawkins on drums while he shared vocals with Dave Grohl on a cover of “Under Pressure.”
