New Green Day Music in the Works

Green Day fans who are extra attentive to Instagram Live video learned a very interesting development recently.
Billie Joe Armstrong shared in the comments of an Instagram Live video that he’s currently “writing new songs for gd now.”  One very diligent Green Day fan account managed to get a screenshot of the comment.

The last piece of new music from Green Day was featured on their 2017 best-of compilation God’s Favorite Band.  Naturally, there’s no known timeline of for this new Green Day music, but now that this bit of info is out in the world, you bet superfans will be closely watching all social media activity.
