White Stripes First Live Performance Now Streaming
Believe it or not, 20 years ago today marked the first live performance from The White Stripes, and in honor of this anniversary, we all get to relive that show.
Available now on multiple digital and streaming platforms is The First Show: Live on Bastille Day. The three-song set took place at the now closed Gold Dollar in Detroit one fateful open mic night in 1997.
Until today, this recording was only available as a 7” in one of the exclusive Third Man Vault Packages that can be purchased through Jack White’s Third Man Records.
