Flashback to Green Day’s Early Gigs With Their New Video For “Revolution Radio”
Green Day’s latest video takes fans back to their early gigs when they were just three punks with a dream.
Premiering last night on Twitch’s E3 live stream, the video below for “Revolution Radio” was directed by Green Day themselves and shot by band photographer Greg Schneider, and it transitions from present day to the past thanks to some killer vintage video.
Oddly enough, they’ve aged very little. In fact, they almost look better now than they did when they were up-and-coming punks. Makes you wonder when exactly they sold their souls to the devil…or not. (Seriously, they’ve aged ridiculously well.)
As of right now, Green Day are in Europe on tour, but they’ll be back stateside beginning August 1 in Auburn, Wash. all the wall through September 13 in Chula Vista, Calif. For a complete list of tour dates, head over to GreenDay.com.
