Ronald Coyle Jr, 35, was arrested by the Collier County Sheriff's Office after slamming his neighbor's head into the concrete multiple times and threatening her with a machete.
Deputies found Coyle at Capri Court in Naples and was agitated and disoriented. When answering questions from deputies, he gave responses that were unrelated.
The female victim said that he was taking drugs all night and acting crazy.
At 9 AM he tried to say something to her in English, but the victim could not understand because she doesn't speak English. This is when he slammed her head into the concrete, punched her in the back several times, and pushed his thumb into her eyes.
She was able to escape to a neighbor's house.
He then grabbed a machete from his garage and tried coming at her again saying, "I know you're afraid," and "I see you."
Coyle is currently in custody of the Collier County Sheriff's Office.
